HelloStaff is a staff booking and management platform/app that needed help with UI/UX design for its Re-Launch. My task was to improve the experiences that clients were providing feedback on. The more clients that use the platform, the more needs change, from booking experiences to communication and calendar experiences, etc.
There was a lot that was done during my contract with HelloStaff, so the work displayed will be what I believe will show you a good variety showcasing the work I have completed and the experiences I have created. I am always happy to provide more examples upon request.
Create an Event
The process
Create Event had a few new updates, one of them was to be able to save events as a draft if the agency could not finish creating them right away, or did not want to post them immediately. With this comes the ability to open a draft as well as the option to create a new one. Some of the additions I made were as simple as adding buttons to pages that already existed, some needed more processes like creating whole new scheduling calendars and what that looks like.

Staff booked & Scheduled Calendar
The process
This section of tasks was all about improving the calendar function, in particular, this is what the agency will see on their side of things.
Agencies can now see who is scheduled on what days and in which position they will be working. They are allowed to filter the calendars, switch between monthly and weekly, see who has checked in or not, edit staff schedules and even download or share the schedule if they need to.
